WHERE WE DELIVER

We deliver throughout mainland UK. For the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and the Isles of Scilly, please email sales@empirelinenhouse.com for a carriage quotation before ordering. We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.

- Orders over £100 excluding VAT: free delivery

- Orders under £100 excluding VAT: calculated at checkout

Both thresholds are measured on the goods total before VAT. The exact delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

HOW QUICKLY

Our stock is held in the UK, at our hub in East Sussex. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment, Monday to Friday. Delivery is normally the next working day after dispatch, though remote postcodes can take a day longer.

Orders placed at a weekend or on a bank holiday are treated as received on the next working day.

For large or repeat hospitality orders, tell us the date you need the linen in the building and we will work back from it.

TRACKING

We will email you a dispatch confirmation with tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves us.

ON ARRIVAL

Please check your delivery when it arrives. If anything is missing or damaged, tell us within 48 hours at sales@empirelinenhouse.com, with a photograph if you can, so we can put it right and claim against the courier.

If nobody is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery or hold it locally. Please make sure the delivery address and a working telephone number are correct at checkout — redelivery to an address given incorrectly may be charged.

DELAYS

Occasionally a delivery is delayed by weather, courier disruption or something else outside our control. We will tell you as soon as we know and keep you updated. If a delay is substantial you may cancel the order and we will refund you in full.
