Do I have to order a minimum?
No. Every product starts at a single unit. Order one bath towel or sixty — the price moves with the quantity, not with how big your business is, and there is no trade account to apply for first. Most wholesalers will not talk to you below a pallet. That is the gap we were built for.
How much linen do I actually need?
Three sets per bed is the working rule — one on the bed, one in the wash, one in the cupboard ready. Two can be enough if you change over fortnightly; four if you run same-day back-to-backs. We have written the full working out, with a worked example for a three-bedroom let, and you are welcome to send us your bed sizes and changeover rhythm and we will do the sums for your property.
Will I be able to get the same again in six months?
Yes. We buy the same specification from the same mill, so a replacement set matches what is already on your beds rather than nearly matching. Tell us what you have bought and we will keep the spec on file against your name. Cotton varies a little batch to batch, as all natural cotton does, but the weight, size and weave stay the same — which is what actually matters when you are topping up one room out of eight.
How quickly will it arrive?
Orders leave us within 48 hours of cleared payment, from our hub in East Sussex, and normally arrive the next working day after that. Delivery across mainland UK is free on orders over £100 excluding VAT; below that it is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. If you have a changeover date to hit, tell us and we will work back from it.
What if it is not right when it arrives?
If anything is faulty, damaged or not as described, tell us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full — and we pay the return carriage, so you are not out of pocket. If you have simply changed your mind, you have 14 days to let us know, provided the packaging is unopened. Linen is sealed for hygiene, so once a pack is opened it cannot come back unless there is something wrong with it.
Can I see the quality before I commit?
Yes. Tell us which products you are considering and what sort of property they are for, and we will get samples to you. We do not send them out blind — it works far better when we know what you are trying to solve, so we can send the right weight and the right size rather than a random handful. Put a face cloth through your own laundry cycle. That is usually all it takes.
